Terms of Service

By accessing or using DeliverOps (trydeliverops.com) or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, and future subscribers of DeliverOps. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members and registered users.

DeliverOps is a government contract delivery management platform currently in development. The service is expected to launch in Q4 2026. At present, we offer a waitlist registration service through which interested users can express interest in early access.

Waitlist registration does not guarantee early access or any particular pricing. Founding member pricing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the terms communicated at registration.

By joining the DeliverOps waitlist, you agree to:

- Provide accurate contact information - Receive communications about DeliverOps development and launch - Acknowledge that launch timelines are estimates and subject to change

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@trydeliverops.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email communication.

Founding member pricing ($59/month, locked in forever) is offered to early waitlist members on a limited basis (maximum 100 spots). This pricing is contingent on becoming a paying subscriber within 30 days of launch invitation.

Founding member pricing applies to the individual or entity that registered. It is non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify the founding member program terms for registrations occurring after the terms of this offer change.

All content on the DeliverOps website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of IT Custom Solution LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission. Fair use for purposes of commentary, education, or news reporting is permitted in accordance with applicable law.

You agree not to:

- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations - Submit false or misleading information through our waitlist or contact forms - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems - Use automated tools to scrape or harvest information from our website - Impersonate IT Custom Solution LLC or DeliverOps in any communication

DeliverOps is currently in development. The website and waitlist service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

- The website will be uninterrupted or error-free - Any launch dates or timelines will be achieved as described - Features described on our website will be implemented as described at launch

Feature descriptions and timelines are forward-looking statements subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT Custom Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the DeliverOps website or waitlist service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if no payment has been made.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockland County, New York.
